Currently under construction, this property is in the hills above Ashland, Oregon. Modern lines drive the aesthetic of this property and complement the existing modern architecture. Paving and wall materials consist primarily of poured in place concrete and concrete slab pavers. Plantings are proposed to be very simple and elegant with an East Asian influence.

Located on a hillside, the property slopes away from the house to the east. A pool is perched on the hill at the same elevation of the first floor of the house. Terraces flank either side of the pool, held up by large concrete walls topped with cable rail. A pool cabana that uses the same modern lines of the house is located adjacent to the pool and includes an outdoor kitchen space.
