Sitting at the top of Ashland, this property has expansive views that range from the Grizzly Peaks to the North all the way to Medford in the West. The material palette is structured around a modern aesthetic with simple concrete for paving, walls, and large raised planters. Turf runs all the way to the edge of the pool with paving primarily located outside the dining room.

A circular driveway is located all the way around the house with the entrance at the main street through a custom design vehicular gate. The plant palette can be described as “Miami meets the mountains” with seasonal hot pink and purple colors juxtaposed against several specimen conifer trees.
